for party-wide burning, I prefer Breath of the Great Dwarf...it's classless and gives instant relief for those burning situations (plus an 80hp injection)! It's good for those areas where you find the whole party having to run through a burning pool of lava (i.e proph end-game areas, etc.)

That's the idea. It's a trade-off for the would-be proposed Cautery Signet idea. It'd be like Heal Party plus Martyr, but with a slight downside. That, and Cautery would be free and hard to interrupt in comparison to HP and Martyr (which are spells and can be affected by way more interrupts, and it can be affected by daze).

I foresee some problems with this version, Me/P would have faster recharge and activation of this skill with no drawbacks. Also Anet have been pretty clear that they don't want paragon delivering direct party wide healing. (please see last 4 years of nerfs)

Tacking on a #<Leadership failure req and/or disable non-para skills parameter of some sort would probably prevent secondaries running the skill.
